Evening Yoga mit Tanja

This class is the perfect combination of vigorous practice and restorative poses. The class will start with a short meditation session, to help you stay focused, followed by poses to open up and strengthen your body, finally finishing with a restorative practice that will give you a peaceful state of mind, bringing focus to your inner world, while tuning your body into a restful sleep for the night.

In this class, we will especially focus on opening and strengthening the hips and the legs, freeing tension in the spine, upper back, and diaphragm, and soothing the nervous system.

Suitable for all levels of practitioners.
